1. Services

Kedge Immigration Services Ltd. provides regulated Canadian immigration consulting services. Our consultants are Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCICs) in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC).

2. Consultations

Initial consultations are subject to the Initial Consultation Agreement presented during booking. Consultation fees are non-refundable once the session has been completed. No consultant-client relationship is established by an initial consultation alone.

3. No Guarantees

While we provide expert guidance and support, we cannot guarantee the outcome of any immigration application. Decisions are made by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and other governmental bodies.

4. Confidentiality

All information shared during consultations and through our services is treated as confidential, in accordance with CICC regulations and applicable privacy laws.

5. Website Use
